My name is Scott, I began working in optics in 2011 and over time I've experienced many different aspects of our industry, from manufacture to practice, from clinical to education.
I created Doctor Oculus as a way to combine my passion for eyewear with my personal values of sustainability and ethical practice.
I love to make beautiful things, but I’m also technically minded. I will spend hours obsessing over small details to get the best functionality, as well as the best design.
As a Dispensing Optician, I get to solve complicated visual problems and be aesthetically creative with styling at the same time.
I care about the end result; which is why my customers tell me that I make the best glasses that they have ever worn.
